Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how The Model Club ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our platform.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on your account type, we may collect:

  • Identity & contact: name, email address, phone number, location;
  • Profile & biometrics: date of birth (for age verification), gender, height, bust, waist, hips, shoe size, hair color, eye color, and availability status;
  • Photos: avatar, comp card photos, and any images you upload;
  • Business details (brands): company name, business email, business address, website, and social links;
  • Community content: posts and comments you create;
  • Activity data: castings you post or apply to, workshop and mentorship registrations.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account and profile;
  • To display your directory profile and comp card to other users;
  • To facilitate casting applications, workshop registration, and mentorship booking;
  • To operate the community feed;
  • To communicate with you about your account and platform updates;
  • To verify identity and enforce our Terms and Community Guidelines.

3. Who Can See Your Information

Model directory profiles and comp cards — including your photos, measurements, and contact-relevant details — are visible to brand accounts so they can discover and evaluate models for castings. Your comp card is only published when you choose to publish it.

Brand business details are visible to platform administrators and, where relevant, to models responding to your castings.

Community posts and comments are visible to other members of the community feed. Direct messages, if available, are visible only to the participants.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your profile, comp cards, and uploaded photos from the platform within a reasonable period.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by deleting your account in your profile settings or by contacting us. Upon request, we will erase your personal information from active systems, subject to any legal retention obligations.

6. Sharing With Third Parties

We use a third-party payment provider for membership billing; that provider receives only the information necessary to process your subscription. We do not sell your personal data.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will notify users of significant changes.
