Model Release & Consent

This document explains the consent you give when you publish a comp card or directory profile on The Model Club.

1. Your Consent

By publishing a comp card or directory profile, you acknowledge and agree that your photos, measurements, biometric details (height, bust, waist, hips, shoe size, hair and eye color), location, and any other information you include may be viewed by brand accounts on the platform for the purpose of casting, evaluation, and professional discovery.

2. Purpose of Use

Your published profile and comp card are displayed so that brands can assess whether to invite you to castings or photoshoots. This display is limited to the platform and its registered brand users.

3. Ownership of Your Photos

You retain all ownership rights to your photos. By uploading them, you grant The Model Club a limited license to display them within your profile and comp card on the platform. We will not use your photos for advertising or external promotion without your separate, explicit consent.

4. Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring the information and photos on your comp card are accurate and current. Misrepresentation may lead to removal of your comp card or account suspension.

5. Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw this consent at any time by unpublishing your comp card, setting your profile to unavailable, or deleting your account. Once withdrawn, your photos and information will no longer be visible to brands on the platform.

6. Off-Platform Use

If a brand downloads or saves your comp card or photos for off-platform use (such as internal casting review), that use is outside our control. We encourage brands to seek your direct consent for any use beyond casting evaluation.

7. Age Confirmation

By publishing a comp card, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that all photos you upload are of yourself and were taken when you were 18 or older.
